      Control Unit

• All major pressure, position, request etc. are under monitored by the use of Austria KEBA new high speed precision control system. The full automation of the whole machine is high and can completely guarantee the request for the stability of your product.
• All major units equipped with Italy linear transducer and controlled by pressure sensor.
  

      Clamping Unit

• The direct pressure clamping design can make the clamping force be adequately and equally distribution.
• Germany Bosch high response half closed loop proportional valves equipped with special oil circuit can achieve low energy consumption and high speed operation.

• Hydraulic clamping system equipped with sensor can achieve high precision half closed loop control.         

      Injection Unit

• Double injection cylinders achieve the injection cylinder move in parallel. Internal design of injection oil cylinder can save space and dismantle easily

• Movement of screw controlled by low speed twisted hydraulic motor can make the stable of material adding. Injection pressure feed back from sensor fulfill the half closed loop precision control that can guarantee the accuracy of injection.  

      Other 

• Use of self sealed magnetic oil filter for oil pipe inlet achieve the cleanliness of oils. Alarm will be given if core filter is being polluted up to 0.018 Mpa
• Equipped with oil temperature alarm device. If oil temperature is over the limit, the machine will power off automatically.
