Control Unit

• All data of major pressure, position, speed etc. are under monitored by the use of Japan Omron NS 8" high-end color LCD touch screen with Japan's latest high-response control. All kinds of actions can be arbitrary controlled.
• Use of America MTS ultra precision magnetic induction type position sensor effectively guaranteed a high degree of accuracy of the location of injection since the resolution ratio full scale reached 0.0015% and the sensor precision reached 1 micron.

      Hydraulic Unit

• Hydraulic system with Germany Bosch large flow, high response half closed loop PQ valve and import pressure sensor, equipped with high-rigid hydraulic circuit special design, achieve precision high closed loop control. The overall system has the high response, the low noise and the low energy consumption as well as the extremely high repeat accuracy.
• Use of Germany Bosch high speed high accuracy servo valve ensured the rapid response and the extremely high repeat accuracy of the injection.
• Use of ACC Nitrogen servo closed loop system achieved injection pressure, the best match of flow rate and automatically adjustment by using the precise entire closed-loop control to the high speed injection molding through the unique design of the electro-hydraulic circuit.

      Mechanical Unit

• Specially designed low-inertia injection device ensured the requirements of the high acceleration and high deceleration performance during high-speed injection molding.
• Use of high-speed high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and coupled with high precision characteristic of bi-metallic screw and barrel that is produced by imported materials through a special process ensured smooth high-speed precision injection molding.
